Review Meeting Held for DMFT, MP MLA Funds and CSR Schemes


Ranchi (Ramgarh): A review meeting was held on Thursday at the Compilation Branch of the District Collectorate under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Mr. Faiz Ahmad Mumtaz. The meeting focused on the schemes being implemented under DMFT, MP fund, MLA fund, and CSR fund. During the meeting, the Deputy Commissioner sought updates from concerned officials on the current status of the schemes approved in various financial years under these funds.


Emphasis on Transparency and Timely


ImplementationThe Deputy Commissioner directed all departmental officials to act promptly in the implementation of the schemes and to avoid any duplication under any circumstances. He stated that ensuring transparency and timeliness in development projects is a top priority.


Review of CSR Agencies' ReportsWhile reviewing schemes under the CSR fund


The Deputy Commissioner instructed a detailed discussion of the reports submitted by various CSR agencies over the past five years and to complete the necessary approval processes as required.


Special Focus on MP and MLA Fund


SchemesTaking updated information from Block Development Officers regarding the schemes under the MP and MLA funds, the Deputy Commissioner instructed that all pending schemes be completed at the earliest.


Directions to Expedite DMFT 


SchemesWhile reviewing the schemes under DMFT, the Deputy Commissioner directed the implementing agencies to complete the schemes approved for the financial year 2024–25 on time. He also instructed all assistant engineers to regularly inspect project sites.
Presence of Several Departmental OfficialsThe meeting was attended by several senior officials, including Deputy Development Commissioner Mr. Ashish Agarwal, Civil Surgeon Dr. Mahalakshmi Prasad, Confidential Branch In-Charge Mr. Ravindra Kumar Gupta, District Social Welfare Officer Mrs. Indu Prabha Khalkho, District Mining Officer Mr. Nishant Abhishek, District Education Officer Mrs. Kumari Neelam, District Superintendent of Education Mr. Sanjeet Kumar, Executive Engineers, all Block Development Officers, and other officials.
