Director-In-Charge Priya Ranjan Present During Award Ceremony at MTI Ranchi
The team from Bokaro Steel Plant secured top honours at the 21st Chairman Trophy for Young Managers 2024–25, held on 20 February at the SAIL Management Training Institute, Ranchi.
The trophy was presented by Amarendu Prakash, Chairman and Managing Director of Steel Authority of India Limited, in the presence of Priya Ranjan, Director-In-Charge of Bokaro Steel Plant, along with senior officials.
Representing BSL, the winning team comprised Assistant General Manager (Human Resources) Shipra N. Hemrom, Assistant General Manager (C&A) Y. S. N. Reddy, and Deputy Manager (Safety and Fire Services) D. Ramteke.
The achievement has been hailed by the plant’s leadership as a testament to BSL’s culture of innovation and managerial excellence.
In the competition, Bhilai Steel Plant secured the second position.
The Chairman Trophy for Young Managers is regarded as a premier internal platform within SAIL, encouraging emerging leaders to demonstrate strategic insight, analytical strength, and forward-thinking solutions on designated themes.
