Red Sea International School Honours Successful Students of Its First Board Batch

Ranchi: Red Sea International School, Azad Basti, organised a felicitation ceremony for the successful students of its first CBSE Board batch at Hotel Ken on Main Road, Ranchi, on Saturday. All six students who cleared the CBSE Board Examination 2026 were honoured with certificates, mementos and wristwatches. Zikra Alia, who topped the school with 95 per cent marks, was specially presented with a trolley briefcase. The parents of the successful students were also felicitated.

In the CBSE Board Examination 2026, Zikra Alia secured 95 per cent, Sara Naz 86 per cent, Asfa Zara 84 per cent, Ofia Anjuman 82 per cent, Arfa 68 per cent and Tahseen Taiba 66 per cent.

The programme began with a welcome song presented by students of Classes IX and X. School Principal Soni Sitara Kerketta welcomed the guests, parents and students and congratulated the first Board batch for its impressive performance. She attributed the achievement to the hard work of the students, guidance of the teachers and cooperation of the parents.

School patron Dr M. N. Zubairi congratulated the successful students and said the performance of the first Board batch was a matter of pride for the entire school family. He said the results demonstrated that with proper guidance, a conducive academic environment and opportunities to work hard, students from the area can perform at par with students of bigger and reputed schools.

He said providing quality education to children from Azad Basti and adjoining areas was one of his key objectives. He added that efforts would continue to prepare students for a brighter future through quality education.

School Director Dr Tanveer Badr, Dr Zeenat Kausar, visiting faculty members Lizam Lez, Galia Asaka, Mohammad Salahuddin, Shoaib Rahmani, Ali Zubairi and Tanveer Ahmad, along with teachers, staff members, students and parents, were present at the ceremony.

Principal Soni Sitara Kerketta, Head In-charge Sana Anam and other teachers and staff members played an important role in making the programme successful. Benazir and Shajra conducted the programme.

At the conclusion, the school management congratulated the successful students and their parents and said that the achievement marked a strong beginning to the academic journey of Red Sea International School.
