Ranchi: On the third day of the 69th National School Archery Championship, hosted by the Jharkhand Education Project Council, Ranchi, under the Department of School Education and Literacy, the 60-metre recurve archery events were successfully held at Range–3 of the Tikait Umrao Shooting Stadium, located at Khel Gaon. The championship is being organized from January 6 to January 10, 2026.
Talented archers from 33 states and units across the country impressed spectators with their outstanding performances, showcasing high technical skill, remarkable concentration, and excellent sportsmanship.
Throughout the day, players displayed patience, balance, and strategic precision in their shots. Their accurate marksmanship during crucial moments added to the excitement of the competition. The venue remained vibrant with the enthusiastic presence of players, coaches, technical officials, and spectators.

Silver Medal – Samarth Kumar (Bihar)
Bronze Medal – Dayanesh Balaji Cherale
