Ranchi: On the occasion of the 128th birth anniversary of Late Krishna Ballabh Sahay, former Chief Minister of undivided Bihar and a great freedom fighter, a program was organized in Hazaribagh. On this occasion, the Minister for Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, Ms. Deepika Pandey Singh, unveiled his newly constructed statue and paid heartfelt tributes.
Addressing the gathering, Ms. Pandey Singh said that the entire life of Krishna Ballabh Sahay symbolized unwavering dedication to the freedom struggle, democratic values, and selfless public service. She stated that his strong leadership, principled politics, and commitment to public welfare constitute an invaluable legacy
of Indian democracy.
She further said that the thoughts and ideals of Krishna Ballabh Sahay continue
to provide moral guidance to society
and politics even today and will remain
a source of inspiration for future generations. She urged the youth to
draw inspiration from his life and
actively contribute to nation-building.
The program was attended by public representatives, administrative officials, social workers, and a large number of local residents, who paid respectful homage to the late leader.
