Deputy Commissioner Ajay Nath Jha and Superintendent of Police Harvinder Singh inspected the Composite Control Room on Friday, reviewing real-time surveillance and issuing directions to maintain strict vigilance at key locations.

Authorities have been directed to keep a close watch on procession routes and crowded areas, with instructions for immediate action on any suspicious activity. Patrolling has been intensified and the response mechanism kept fully active.

The control room is functioning round-the-clock, with additional forces and magistrates deployed in sensitive zones, including plainclothes personnel. Officials urged citizens to maintain harmony, avoid rumours, and report any suspicious activity promptly.
