Ranchi::An application was submitted today at the office of the Jharkhand State Minority Commission in Ranchi, addressed to the Chairperson. The application was received by Personal Secretary Aasif Khan.
The application stated that the disturbance caused by anti-social elements during Ram Navami in Bhikhrajpur under Baliapur police station of Dhanbad district is highly condemnable and has adversely affected communal harmony. It urged the Commission to order a fair and high-level inquiry into the incident and ensure strict legal action against those found guilty.
The memorandum also raised concerns over a video that surfaced after the incident, allegedly showing some individuals being paraded by the administration, which has sparked several questions. It emphasized that no innocent person should face hasty or unjust action.
The United Milli Forum has appealed to the Commission to ensure a fair investigation, punish the culprits, and safeguard justice for innocent individuals.
