Ranchi: Chief Minister Mr. Hemant Soren
stated that the state government is making appointments on a priority basis in sectors that are directly connected with the people of the state. He said that these appointments are not only providing employment opportunities to
the youth but are also strengthening the administrative and social framework of the state.
Addressing the newly appointed candidates,the Chief Minister said
that all of them are an important link in strengthening the state’s governance system. The government expects them
to work with honesty, sensitivity, and dedication so that public services and welfare schemes effectively reach the common people.
He further noted that the candidates have
come from diverse academic backgrounds, which indicates that there will be significant and positive changes in the state’s functioning in the coming days.
The knowledge and experience brought by individuals from different fields will make governance more efficient and inclusive.
The Chief Minister emphasized that among the crores of people in the state, these selected youths are fortunate to have received the opportunity to serve the public. He shared that many of the candidates mentioned their families depend on farming, daily wage labor, or small businesses for their livelihood. Reaching this position from such backgrounds is truly inspiring.
On this occasion, some women candidates informed the Chief Minister that they had been beneficiaries of the Maiyaan Samman Yojana. The Chief Minister stated that the scheme is a significant step towards empowering women and girls, and the government will continue to work steadfastly for women’s empowerment.
In his concluding remarks, the Chief Minister urged all newly appointed employees to discharge their duties with integrity and commitment and to actively contribute to the overall development of the state.
