Citizens join hands for progress as Jharkhand marks 25 years of statehood
Bokaro, November 11:
Marking Jharkhand’s silver jubilee, Bokaro District Administration organised a spirited “Run for Jharkhand” from Garga Check Post to Chas Dharamshala More. The event was led by Deputy Commissioner Ajay Nath Jha and Deputy Development Commissioner Shatabdee Majumdar, spreading the message of unity and progress.
DC Ajay Nath Jha said, “We are committed to Jharkhand’s development. This silver jubilee year is a moment of pride and resolve to work collectively for Bokaro’s growth.” He urged citizens to share development suggestions via social media, stressing on public participation in governance.
DDC Shatabdee Majumdar called the event a symbol of unity and inclusion, urging citizens to stay engaged in the journey of progress.
Participants were encouraged to post selfies and videos with hashtags #JharkhandAt25, #RunForJharkhand, #JharkhandSeJohar, and #BokaroSeJohar to download digital certificates.
The run witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, youth, and officials, with nukkad nataks and awareness vans adding colour to the celebration.
