IG, DC review preparations for Luguburu Ghantabari Dharamgarh State Festival 2025

 


A high-level meeting was held at Shyamli Guest House, Lalpania, on Tuesday evening to review preparations for the Luguburu Ghantabari Dharamgarh State Festival 2025, scheduled on Kartik Purnima, November 5, which will be attended by Chief Minister Hemant Soren.


The meeting, chaired by Inspector General of Police (Bokaro) Sunil Bhaskar, was attended by Deputy Commissioner Ajay Nath Jha, Superintendent of Police Harvinder Singh, and senior officials of various departments.


Discussions focused on security, crowd management, traffic control, and emergency arrangements to ensure a safe and orderly festival. The IG directed all officers to be present at their designated posts in advance and maintain vigilance.


A control room has been established, and traffic routes and parking zones with police and home guard deployment were finalized.


Later, IG Bhaskar, DC Jha, and SP Singh inspected the main stage, sacred site, parking zones, and helicopter landing area, giving necessary instructions for timely completion of works.


The administration has also arranged help desks, medical aid, water, sanitation, and rest areas for devotees and appealed to all to follow guidelines and cooperate for a smooth and safe celebration.
