Following the NDA’s sweeping victory in the Bihar Assembly elections, celebrations were held in Bokaro. Under the leadership of BJP District General Secretary Sanjay Tyagi, supporters gathered at former MLA Biranchi Narayan’s residence with drums, firecrackers and sweets to mark the victory.
Former MLA Biranchi Narayan congratulated the people of Bihar, saying that voters have shown trust in Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and the NDA alliance. He described the mandate as a victory of development and good governance.
He added that major initiatives such as road expansion, 24×7 power supply, the Har Ghar Nal-Jal scheme, flyover construction, crime control, metro projects and improvements in education have strengthened public confidence. Women’s empowerment, he said, has been one of Bihar’s biggest achievements.
Sanjay Tyagi said that people across communities rose above caste and religion and voted in favour of development.
