In his opening address, PDJ and DLSA Chairman Rajkamal Mishra expressed hope that with this training, PLVs would be better equipped to assist in resolving ground-level land disputes. He emphasized that most criminal conflicts have underlying roots in land disputes, and empowering PLVs could play a key role in early resolution and legal awareness.
Throughout the session, several queries from the participants were addressed by DLSA Secretary Rajesh Kumar and Deputy Chief Umesh Kumar.
