Soumen Beltharia Inspects Kashipur Ground Ahead of Mamata Banerjee’s March 28 Rally
Kashipur, March 23: In preparation for the upcoming public rally of Mamata Banerjee on March 28, a ground inspection was carried out at the Sebabrati Sangha field in Kashipur by assembly candidate Soumen Beltharia.
