To ensure the smooth and safe conduct of the SAIL–Bokaro Half Marathon on Sunday, 1 February 2026, vehicular movement on the following roads will remain completely restricted from 6:00 am to 11:00 am:
1. Gandhi Chowk to Pathar Katta Chowk (Sector 4 to Sector 5)
– Both lanes will remain closed for traffic.
2. Pathar Katta Chowk to Shastri Chowk (Sector 5 to Sector 6)
– Traffic movement will be restricted on both lanes.
3. MSM Stadium, Sector 4 to SRY Mode
– Complete restriction on vehicular movement.
4. MSM Stadium, Sector 4 to Hatiya Mode (Sector 5)
– Both lanes will remain closed during the marathon hours.
The general public has been advised to plan their travel in advance and use alternative routes during the restricted hours. Marathon participants have also been instructed to reach MSM Stadium, Sector 4, via alternative routes at least 30 minutes before the start of the race.
