Bokaro Steel City, January 6, 2026 – The much-anticipated SAIL Bokaro Half Marathon 2026 is back, promising an even grander experience with enhanced cash prizes and rewards for winners. Organized by the Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) Bokaro Steel Plant, this annual event continues to grow in scale and excitement, building on the success of previous editions that drew thousands of runners from across the country.
The marathon is scheduled for February 1, 2026 (tentative, based on bib collection dates), starting and finishing at the iconic Mohan Kumar Mangalam Stadium in Sector 4, Bokaro Steel City. Runners can choose from multiple categories: 21 km Half Marathon, 10 km, 5 km, and a special 2 km for specially-abled participants.
This year's edition features bigger rewards, including attractive cash prizes for top finishers in various age and gender categories, along with medals, T-shirts, and e-certificates for all completers within the time limit.
