DIC Priya Ranjan Inaugurates SAIL Day Celebrations at Bokaro Steel Plant, Cuts Anniversary Cake

 



Bokaro, January 24:

Bokaro Steel Plant of SAIL celebrated ‘SAIL Gaurav Diwas’ with traditional fervour and cultural splendour at the Cinema Arena, Bokaro Club on Saturday evening.


The celebrations was inaugurated by Director-In-Charge Priya Ranjan, who first lit the ceremonial lamp and later cut the anniversary cake to mark the occasion. Addressing the gathering, the DIC conveyed his greetings to employees and their families and highlighted the importance of unity, discipline and innovation in taking the organisation forward. This was his first SAIL Day celebration after assuming charge at Bokaro Steel Plant.


Several senior officials of the plant were present on the dais, reflecting the collective leadership and pride of the SAIL fraternity.


The programme began with a visual presentation showcasing SAIL’s journey and achievements, followed by colourful cultural performances by artists from the Sangeet Kala Academy, students of BGH Nursing School and school children, which received an enthusiastic response from the audience.


Observed as SAIL Gaurav Diwas, the occasion stands as a tribute to the dedication and contribution of employees and their families in the growth of the organisation. The evening concluded in an atmosphere of pride, gratitude and cultural harmony, strengthening the bond between Bokaro Steel Plant and its workforce.
