Bokaro: Director In-Charge of Bokaro Steel Plant, Priya Ranjan, on Wednesday addressed employees with an optimistic and forward-looking message, stating that 2026 will be the year of BSL. Reflecting on the learnings of the past year, he urged the workforce to convert challenges into opportunities through collective effort and focused execution.
Despite global uncertainties, he said, Bokaro Steel Plant successfully maintained production stability and quality standards, underscoring the strength of teamwork and discipline within the organisation. He added that the coming period would witness stronger alignment towards efficiency, profitability, and sustainable growth.
The Director In-Charge highlighted the central role of employees and acknowledged the constant support of their families in enabling the plant to move forward with resilience and confidence. He called upon the workforce to embrace innovation, digital transformation, and future-ready practices to achieve new milestones.
Executive Director (HR) Rajashree Banerjee was also present on the occasion along with other senior officers. The presence of the senior management reflected the collective leadership’s commitment towards guiding BSL into its next phase of growth.
