Every Problem Will Be Resolved Based on Priority: Ameer-e-Shariat

Ranchi (Dhanbad): Imarat-e-Shariat was established in 1921. Considering the current needs, Imarat-e-Shariat Jharkhand has now been formed, as the state is capable of addressing its issues independently. This will enable easier handling of political and social problems.

These remarks were made by Ameer-e-Shariat of Imarat-e-Shariat Jharkhand, Hazrat Mufti Nazar Tauheed, while addressing the Mushawarti Ijlas of Imarat-e-Shariat Jharkhand at Govindpur, Dhanbad, on Thursday, September 9, 2025.

He stated that they have no complaints against anyone. Each problem will be resolved based on priority, and for this, the cooperation of all is essential. With everyone’s support, Imarat-e-Shariat Jharkhand will function more effectively.

The Ijlas began with the recitation of the Holy Quran by Qari Nishat Alam. Qari Tausif Akhtar and Qari Shoaib Akhtar recited naats. The program was chaired by Hazrat Mufti Nazar Tauheed, with Maulana Irshad Qasmi and Maulana Kafeel Qasmi serving as conveners.

Hazrat Maulana Naseem Anwar Nadvi said that scholars and intellectuals from districts across Jharkhand gathered to address the concerns of the Muslim community. Allah has endowed humans with understanding, and with understanding comes responsibility. It is essential to collectively strengthen Imarat-e-Shariat Jharkhand.

Maulana Inayat Karim stated that until now, Imarat-e-Shariat Bihar had done nothing for Jharkhand. Now, Imarat-e-Shariat Jharkhand will work across the state, focusing on basic education, appointing good doctors at a nominal fee of ₹200, promoting social awareness, and establishing Shariah councils and Darul Qaza.

Mufti Shoaib Qasmi emphasized that success comes through work, not just eloquence. Maulana Ilyas Mazahiri clarified that there is
no conflict within Imarat-e-Shariat. Jharkhand’s Imarat-e-Shariat is entirely independent and strong, with everyone’s active participation.

Hundreds of scholars from various districts attended the event, and they were welcomed
by the scholars of Dhanbad. Notable attendees included Maulana Naseem Anwar Nadvi, Maulana Manzoor Qasmi, Maulana Ilyas Mazahiri, Mufti Shoaib Qasmi (Chatra), Mufti Wasi, Mufti Yunus (Hazaribagh), Mufti Siddiq, Maulana Kamruddin, Maulana Mehboob, Maulana Salim, Maulana Kaleemuddin (Jamtara), Qari Tauheed, Maulana Obaidullah, Maulana Khalik, Maulana Iftikhar, Mufti Ghulam Rasool, Maulana Manwar (Bokaro), and Mufti Giyasuddin (Gomo).
