Ranchi( Latehar) ::The district administration convened a review meeting today, chaired by Deputy Commissioner Mr. Utkarsh Gupta, to assess the progress of various development schemes being implemented by the District Rural Development Branch. The meeting primarily focused on schemes that have not been completed within the prescribed timelines.
During the meeting, the Deputy Commissioner directed all concerned departmental officials to ensure the completion of all pending schemes by September 30. He emphasized that these schemes should be completed on time, with high quality and transparency, to benefit the maximum number of beneficiaries.
The Deputy Commissioner also instructed the officials to monitor the progress of approved schemes regularly and ensure that information about these schemes and their benefits is effectively communicated at the Panchayat level. He stressed that transparency should be maintained throughout the process, ensuring that people can properly avail themselves of government schemes.
The meeting included a comprehensive review of several key initiatives such as the Abua Housing Scheme, Soil & Gravel Roads, Poto Ho Sports Scheme, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, Birsa Well Development Scheme, Human Days, Birsa Green Village Scheme, Job Card Verification, Area Officer App, Rejected Transactions, NRM Expenditure, Social Audit, Geo-tagging, and MGNREGA. The Deputy Commissioner urged all Block Development Officers to speed up these tasks and complete them within the given deadline.
The meeting was attended by Deputy Development Commissioner Mr. Syed Riaz Ahmad, District Panchayati Raj Officer Mr. Shreyansh, District Public Relations Officer Dr. Chandan, all Block Development Officers, and other relevant officials.
