Hindi Diwas: Our Language, Our Identity


Ranchi::Celebrated every year on 14th September, Hindi Diwas is not just a day to honor a language—it is a moment to reconnect with our cultural roots and national identity. This year, Red Sea International School celebrated Hindi Diwas with great enthusiasm, literary fervor, and vibrant student participation.

The confidence and creativity shown by the students during the program proved that Hindi is not just a subject in the syllabus, but a language of expression, thought, and deep emotion.
Charming Performances by Junior Classes
The event began with the youngest learners from Class 1:Ahil Shafeeq spoke about Swar (vowels),
Kahkasha Naz explained Vyanjan (consonants),
and Arifa Fatima gave a lovely presentation on Sangya (nouns).
These little ones demonstrated that learning can be fun, fearless, and full of joy.
Poetry and Drama Showcased the Power of Language  Class 2 students Kashish Arfa and Ummi Kulsum won hearts with their heartfelt poetry recitation.Class 3 students Kahf Afreen, Ashfiya Hidayat, Talha Tabrez, and Tanveer Qureshi performed a short play on the importance of the Hindi language, which received warm applause from the audience.
Class 4’s Muawiyah and Anabia, along with Class 5’s Kashaf, delivered impressive poems that beautifully highlighted the richness and simplicity of Hindi.
Living Portraits of Literary Legends
A unique and captivating segment of the event was the portrayal of great Hindi literary figures.
Abish Raheem portrayed Rahim,
Mudassir brought Kabir to life,
Abu Reyan enacted Tulsidas,
and Asad Hashmi gave a powerful performance as Premchand.
These students not only presented their thoughts and works but also brought their personalities to life on stage with depth and understanding.
Collective Participation, Shared Success
The event was enriched by the contributions of many other students like Raunak, Mysha, Shaista, Alfiya, Laiba, Rozi Parveen, Saba, Yusra, Asad, Azmat, Faj, Anas, and Asad, who made the day truly memorable with their performances.



Inspiring Words from the Principal

The school’s Principal, Mrs. Soni Sitara Kerketta, praised the efforts of all students and said:“Hindi is the language of our soul. The love and respect for Hindi that the children showed today is not only admirable, but also gives us hope for a bright linguistic future.”

This Hindi Diwas became more than just an event—it was an experience. Students didn’t just learn to speak on stage; they connected with their language, their roots, and their identity.
