The objective of the camp was to empower persons with disabilities by connecting them with employment opportunities in both government and private sectors.

During the camp, participants were provided with career guidance, information on self-employment schemes, details of skill development programmes, and awareness about various government welfare schemes. Information regarding vacancies in government and private sectors was also shared. On-the-spot registration facilities were made available for interested candidates.

Representatives from the Employment Department and Labour Department of the Jharkhand Government, along with officials from private companies, were present on the occasion. A representative from Zomato also addressed the gathering and highlighted employment opportunities available for Divyangjans. The officials encouraged participants to take advantage of existing schemes and initiatives aimed at promoting self-reliance.

On the occasion, gratitude was expressed to Assistant Director Mr. Parke for his guidance and support in successfully organizing the camp. Several participants visited the VRC campus for the first time and gained insights into the facilities and services offered by the Centre.

The organizers informed that a special employment camp will be held after Holi in collaboration with Lahoo Bolega Raktadan Sangathan, Ranchi and the Jharkhand Thalassemia Peedit Association. The upcoming camp will focus on providing employment opportunities to Divyangjans and individuals affected by thalassemia and sickle cell anaemia.
