Ranchi: An important meeting of the Board of Directors of Jharkhand Cooperative Federation Limited, Ranchi, was held at Indira Palace, Room No. 202. The meeting was chaired by the Federation’s Chairman, Mr. Satyendra Chauhan, and attended by Managing Director Mr. A. G. Kujur.
During the meeting, the decisions taken in the previous board meeting were formally ratified. The board also discussed the transfer of interest earned on the share capital received from the State Government from the fixed deposit account to the savings account and its utilization for expenditure.
The board decided to grant membership to new members of the Federation. In this context, Mr. Ajay Sachdev was inducted as an invitee member, and a decision was taken to include two more members at a later stage. Discussions were also held on convening the General Body Meeting in the upcoming financial year.
Further, the board deliberated on conducting the audit for the financial year 2025–26 through a Chartered Accountant. The Chairman’s district tour programme was also discussed. With the permission of the Chairman, several other important issues were taken up for discussion.
The meeting was attended by Board Directors Farhana Khatoon, Girdhari Lal Yadav, Rampravesh Yadav, Anjana Kumari, Sweety Devi, Saibun Nisha, Jaymani Mahli, Mamta Devi, along with other members and officials.
