BSL Hosts ‘Story’ Interaction Session With Officers

 


Bokaro: In an effort to strengthen internal communication and shared vision, Bokaro Steel Limited conducted an interaction session titled “Story” on January 2 at the Main Auditorium of the Human Resources Learning and Development Department.


The session brought together Director In-Charge Priya Ranjan and the plant’s senior leadership, including Executive Directors Rajshree Banerjee (Human Resources), Vikas Manwati (Mines), C. R. Mishra (Materials Management), and Dr B. B. Karunamay (Medical and Health Services), along with officers from various departments.


The programme began with a welcome address by Chief General Manager (Learning and Development) Neeta Ba, followed by the Safety Pledge administered by the Director In-Charge. Officers participating in the session shared insights from their respective areas of work, highlighting key achievements, operational learnings, and future initiatives.


In his address, Priya Ranjan emphasised the importance of positive thinking, innovation, and collective responsibility in driving the organisation forward. He urged officers to remain committed to the plant’s growth and long-term excellence. Senior executives echoed similar views, underlining teamwork as a key factor in BSL’s continued progress.


The session was moderated by Senior Manager Preeti Kumari, and the vote of thanks was proposed by General Manager (Learning and Development) Meenam Mishra.
