Bokaro Steel Plant (BSL) has once again demonstrated its strategic excellence by winning the prestigious Director (Personnel)’s Cup for the third consecutive year at RAN-NITI — SAIL’s inter-plant business simulation competition, organised in association with the All India Management Association (AIMA).
After a series of challenging simulation rounds that tested financial acumen, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making skills, the Bokaro team — comprising Rahul Singh (DGM, HSM), Owais Ahmad (Sr. Manager, CTS), and Rahul Ranjan Panda (Sr. Manager, HSM) — emerged as the overall champion.
The competition saw participation from 152 teams across various SAIL units, with 22 teams qualifying for the semi-finals and 12 making it to the Grand Finale, held at MTI, Ranchi.
Director (Personnel), SAIL, K. K. Singh presented the award to the winning team, applauding their consistent performance and analytical prowess.
The victory reinforces Bokaro Steel Plant’s legacy of excellence and leadership within SAIL’s workforce.
