Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL), through its Management Training Institute (MTI), signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Jammu to foster future leadership. The agreement was inked at SAIL’s Corporate Office, Ispat Bhawan, New Delhi.
The partnership aims to strengthen organizational capabilities, adopt global best practices, and prepare executives for evolving business challenges through specialized education programs.
The MoU was signed by Sanjay Dhar, Acting Executive Director (HR–Learning & Development), MTI, and Commander (Retd.) Keshavan Bhaskaran, Chief Administrative Officer, IIM Jammu, in the presence of K. K. Singh, Director (Personnel), SAIL.
