Birsa Munda Tribal Library-Cum-Auditorium to Provide Platform for Study and Community Programs



Ranchi (Khunti): To promote education and cultural activities in Khunti district, Deputy Commissioner Mrs. R. Ronita on Saturday inspected the under-construction Birsa Munda Tribal Library-cum-Multipurpose Auditorium.
During the inspection, the Deputy Commissioner closely reviewed the progress of construction, the quality of materials being used, and technical aspects of the project. She directed the construction agency and departmental officials to accelerate the pace of work so that the building can be completed within the stipulated timeframe. She particularly emphasized ensuring high-quality construction and instructed that all work must strictly adhere to approved standards and technical guidelines.

The Deputy Commissioner stated that once completed, the library-cum-auditorium will provide the district’s youth and students with a strong platform for study, intellectual exchange, and organizing community programs. She added that the facility would not only support educational initiatives but also encourage social and cultural activities in the region.

Project Director ITDA, Mr. Alok Hunter Kachak, along with other concerned officials, was also present during the inspection.
