Vedanta ESL Steel Limited’s CSR initiative, Project ESL Skill School, achieved a significant milestone with the placement of its maiden batch of 25 students trained in Field Technicians & Home Appliances Repairing (MST) Trade.
In a ceremony held at the Skill School, 16 Khata, the trainees received their appointment letters from Aamdhanae Pvt. Ltd., Noida. The event was attended by ESL Steel Limited CFO Anand Dubey and CSR Head Kunal Daripa, who encouraged the youth to pursue their professional journey with confidence and determination.
Students shared how the programme enhanced their technical knowledge and self-assurance, making them ready for the industry. The ceremony concluded with a symbolic flag wave-off, marking the beginning of their careers.
