BSOA Marks 48th Anniversary; Priya Ranjan Emphasises Safety and Teamwork

 



The Bokaro Steel Officers’ Association (BSOA) celebrated its 48th anniversary at the association office in Sector-4 in a dignified and cordial atmosphere.


Addressing the gathering, new Director In-Charge Priya Ranjan underlined safety as the top priority and said that the true strength of Bokaro Steel lies in its people. Emphasising teamwork, discipline, and mutual trust, he expressed confidence that collective efforts would help the plant turn challenges into opportunities and scale new heights.


BSOA President AK Singh highlighted the association’s long-standing role as a strong partner of Bokaro Steel Plant and a constant support system for officers. He reiterated that the association is closely monitoring the long-pending SAIL pay revision due from February 1, 2027, and remains committed to safeguarding officers’ welfare.


The event witnessed the presence of senior executives and a large number of members, reflecting strong coordination and unity between the management and the officers’ fraternity.
