Ranchi :: A meeting of the newly constituted state executive and district presidents of the Jharkhand Pradesh Mahila Congress Committee was held today at the Congress Bhawan, Ranchi, under the chairmanship of Gunjan Singh, President of the Jharkhand Pradesh Mahila Congress Committee.
The meeting was attended by Keshav Mahato Kamlesh, State Congress President, Abhilash Sahu, In-charge of the State Congress Office, and Kedar Paswan as the chief guests.
The primary focus of the meeting was to intensify the “Vote Chor Gaddi Chhodo” (Leave the Chair, Vote Thief) signature campaign across all districts, blocks, and panchayats to ensure maximum public participation. Discussions were also held on strengthening the organizational structure of the Mahila Congress and planning upcoming programs.
Speaking on the occasion, State Congress President Keshav Mahato Kamlesh congratulated and extended best wishes to all newly appointed office bearers of the Mahila Congress. He said that the Women’s Wing is an essential part of the party and needs to be strengthened further.
“Our women workers play a vital role in reaching out to every household, spreading awareness about the party’s policies and government schemes,” he said.
He emphasized that the “Vote Chor Gaddi Chhodo” signature campaign should be conducted widely in every district and panchayat, as it is a crucial initiative of the party.
Addressing the gathering, Gunjan Singh, President of the Jharkhand Pradesh Mahila Congress Committee, congratulated the newly appointed state and district office bearers. She stated that the “Vote Chor Gaddi Chhodo” campaign is one of the party’s most significant programs, and it must be carried out across districts with full strength and dedication.
She also called upon members to regularly organize women’s programs to strengthen the organization at the grassroots level.
The meeting was attended by Pinky Singh, Josima Khakha, Sunita Gop, Mary Tiru, Neetu Devi, Sushma Kumari, Sunita Devi, Manju Joshi, Meenu Singh, Pratima Kujur, Urmila Kerketta, Baby Devi, and Kanchan Chaudhary, among others.
