Ranchi :: Chief Minister Hemant Soren on bid an emotional farewell to senior administrative officer Mrs. Alka Tiwari, who retired from the post of Chief Secretary at the Jharkhand Secretariat.
On the occasion, the Chief Minister said that during her tenure, Mrs. Tiwari demonstrated exceptional administrative skills and made significant contributions to the implementation of various schemes and policies of the state government. He added that under her guidance, several ambitious initiatives of the state were successfully executed.
Praising her service and work ethic, the Chief Minister noted that Mrs. Tiwari always worked with honesty, dedication, and a strong sense of duty. She gave new direction to the state administration and strengthened administrative traditions. Extending his best wishes for the future, he expressed hope that her experience and guidance would continue to benefit society.
Chief Minister also congratulated newly appointed Chief Secretary Mr. Avinash Kumar on assuming office. He expressed confidence that Mr. Kumar’s efficiency, foresight, and administrative experience would further strengthen the state administration and accelerate the implementation of the government’s development programs.
The ceremony was attended by newly appointed Chief Secretary Mr. Avinash Kumar, newly appointed Development Commissioner Mr. Ajay Kumar Singh, along with Principal Secretaries, Secretaries of various departments, and senior officials.
