Festivals Of Eid, Soharay And Ram Navami Conclude In Harmony Across District

Bokaro: In a strong reflection of communal harmony and disciplined civic participation, the festivals of Eid, Soharay and Ram Navami concluded peacefully across Bokaro district, marking a moment of pride for the administration and residents alike.

Deputy Commissioner Ajay Nath Jha visited a Ram Temple late in the evening, where he offered prayers to Lord Ram, Goddess Sita, Lakshman and Hanuman on behalf of the people of Bokaro. He expressed gratitude for the smooth and peaceful observance of the festival.

Highlighting the deeper relevance of Lord Ram’s life, the Deputy Commissioner stated that his ideals go beyond ritual worship and serve as a guiding framework for conduct. Values such as dignity, patience, justice and duty, he noted, are essential for strengthening social cohesion. He emphasized that Lord Ram’s composure and balance in challenging circumstances remain highly relevant in contemporary society.

The Deputy Commissioner extended appreciation to citizens, public representatives, media personnel, administrative and police officials, security forces and volunteers for their collective role in ensuring peace. He underlined that such harmony is not achieved solely through administrative measures, but through public awareness, mutual trust and cooperation.

A heartwarming moment was witnessed at the temple premises when two young girls approached the Deputy Commissioner for a selfie, symbolizing the ease, trust and human connection between the administration and the public.

Concluding his message, he urged citizens to imbibe the values of truth, dignity and mutual respect exemplified by Lord Ram, stating that such principles can pave the way for a more peaceful, inclusive and progressive society.
