Bokaro, Sept 13: Deputy Commissioner Ajay Nath Jha felicitated 60 teachers at the Guru Vashistha Best Teacher Award 2025, organised by Dr. Radhakrishnan Sahodaya School Complex at DAV Public School, Sector-4. The ceremony began with lamp lighting, Gayatri Mantra, and cultural performances, setting a dignified tone for the event.
Welcomed by host principal S.K. Mishra, the DC said he was present not as an administrator but as a student to honour teachers, calling them the guiding force behind family, society, and nation-building. He congratulated the awardees for their dedication and urged them to continue inspiring future generations.
The gathering was marked by the presence of Sahodaya President Suraj Sharma (Chinmaya Vidyalaya), Vice Presidents Vipul Kumar Singh (Rainbow Public School) and Dr. Amir Hussain (Oriental Foundation School), General Secretary Dr. G.N. Khan (DAV Kathara), Joint Secretary Dr. B. Reena Thakur (Montessori, Sector-12), along with principals and educators from several institutions, whose participation added to the grandeur of the event.
